This Combi Training Class will host equipment and factory trainers. The participating companies will be announced soon.
This is a unique opportunity for technicians to learn the specifics of these brands during one training course here at CFESA HQ.

Course Information
CFESA is excited to partner with manufacturing members to provide Combi Training. This course will consist of both hands-on and classroom training. Traditionally this course fills quickly. Make sure to register your technicians today.
The skill level for participants attending this course should be mid-level to seasoned technicians. Entry-level technicians would not have the skill set needed to participate in this course.
This class is limited. Seats are not “reserved” until full payment is received.
Qualifications: Technicians must be familiar with electric, gas, and steam theory and have a working knowledge of foodservice equipment. Again, Entry-level technicians would not have the skill set needed to participate in this course.
Prerequisite: There is no standard prerequisite at this time, but we ask that managers consider the complexities of Combi ovens and determine if your technicians are suited to attend this training.
